Taonga (Treasures) is an energetic and visually stunning performance celebrating the unique traditions of New Zealand's Maori culture. The performance is brought to life through choreography, music and song. The distinct treasures of the Maori are made real to students through action songs and the famous haka (war / posture dance), poi (ball on a string, used to depict birds in flight) as well as Maori songs and dances with the use of traditional implements and colourful indigenous regalia.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

"It was a spectacular presentation – both educational and entertaining.
The children and the teachers absolutely loved the performance.
I would have to say that it was the best in-school performance I’ve seen in my entire career. The children asked me for the rest of the day to make sure you come back!
